SIMUWEB is an online job platform owned by the Secretary of State for Vocational Training and Employment (SEFOPE), revitalized and improved through a collaboration between the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). SIMUWEB enables employers to announce their vacancies and find suitable candidates based on specific criteria. Employers can manage the entire application process on the platform, including advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, and inviting them for interviews.
Training centers have dedicated sections to create profiles and advertise training opportunities, facilitating student registration for various programs.
Job seekers can create profiles and upload their CVs, making it easier for employers to connect with them. They can create and submit their CVs directly through the platform to apply for jobs, as well as register for training opportunities aligned with their career aspirations. Additionally, both employers and employees have the option to file complaints to SEFOPE if they experience any form of discrimination in the workplace.
